On 15 February 2005, Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi published a forecast in a special issue of the Grigori Grabovoi Foundation's magazine, „Option of Control – FORECAST”. Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi has predicted that he would become
President of Russia in 2008 and published his author's program as part of activities to create the DRUGG (Voluntary Disseminators of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi, Добровольные Распространители Учения Григория Грабового)

DRUGG party registration
On March 29, 2005, the Federal Registration Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation registered the Organizing Committee for the preparation, convening and holding of the founding congress of the political party DRUGG.

DRUGG party founded
On March 17, 2006, the founding
congress of the DRUGG
political party was held, all participants voted for the adoption of the Program of political party DRUGG, authored by Grigori Grabovoi, and the party was considered established in accordance with the Federal Law of the
Russian Federation.
The founding congress established and approved the party's governing bodies, and Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi was elected Chairman of the Party Council. The basic provisions of the party were officially published on the homepage of the party

With this, the DRUGG party has officially run for the 2008 Russian elections, its candidate for President of Russia being Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi.
DRUGG party plan
- All for the sake of man. All forces of the state and society for the provision of a human being's eternal happy life. If it is necessary to restructure the state, political and economic systems for the sake of any single individual, to ensure his eternal life, this must be done.
- Affirmation of the eternity of life. Adoption of a prohibition law on death. The introduction of technology for the implementation of the law. Universal resurrection. Achieving the absence of death in certain regions and in general.
- Creative generalized distribution. Up to 10 percent of the growth of the country's total gross product is distributed evenly among all individuals while preserving all other available social systems. This would improve Russia's ecology and allow the growth rate of the entire gross product to increase.
- Unification by divine law. The unification of church and state on the basis of a referendum to implement the law "Thou shalt not kill".
- Granting the right to work. Creating science-based technologies to provide permanent jobs.
- Social justice. Deprivatization (renationalization of privatized state assets?) taking into account the work of owners. Ensuring the security of earned capital.
- Guarantees of absence of repressions. Analysis of repressive events in history. Adoption of laws preventing repression for political and social activity. Full rehabilitation of the repressed.
- Universal dissemination of knowledge. Voluntary dissemination of G. P. Grabovoi’s Teaching. Spreading of the acquired knowledge about eternal creative development on a universal scale.
- Security of the whole world. Withdrawal of nuclear, chemical, bacteriological and any other weapons of mass destruction on the orbit of the planet with the condition of weapon restructuring in case of signs of orientation to the Earth.
- Unification of the countries of the world. Unification of the countries of the world for the neutralization of any weapons and the removal of the reasons for the use of weapons. The unification of all the countries of the world for the eternal creative and happy development of every human being.
DRUGG Charta
The founded DRUGG party operated for half a year. According to the Federal Law the documents required for state registration of a political party shall be submitted to the federal authorized body not later than six months from the date of the founding congress of the political party. In this connection, the party DRUGG operated with full rights for six months from March 17, 2006 to September 17, 2006.
After that it continued to exist as an international social and religious organization under the name „DRUGG Charta” (ХАРТИЯ ДРУГГ).

According to an official statement of Grigori Grabovoi he is not engaged in any political activity since the termination of the activity of the political party DRUGG, but the Charter of the Party DRUGG provides for the possibility of registration of peaceful directions of development.[8]
