Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi

Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi (Григорий Петрович Грабовой) (Bogara, 14 November 1963) is a Russian of Kazakh origin scientist, inventor, clairvoyant, healer, teacher.^[1][2] He became known around the world for his Grabovoi numbers,^[3][4] which can restore the elements of reality - events, organs of man - to their norm, and thus correct any error with proper use.^[5]

He is doctor of technical sciences, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor, academician.^[2][6] He also has a medical background.^[7] Author of the discovery of creating field of information, author of the special course „The Technologies of Anticipatory Forecast and Safe Development”.^[8][2][9] He is author of the "Teachings of Grigori Grabvoi" (Учения Григория Грабового), "About salvation and harmonious development" (О спасении и гармоничном развитии).^[9][2]

He is clairvoyant, can remotely cure people of terminal AIDS and cancer, knows the exact solution to tasks without solving them, can see and control the events of the past, present and future, can read people's minds regardless of spoken language or distance, move objects at a distance, teleport, materialize and dematerialize matter, and can resurrect the gone ones.^{[10][11][12][13]}

Short biography

Youth, education and work in Tashkent

Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi was born on 14 November 1963 in the village of Bogara in the Kirov district of the Shymkent region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was aware of his special abilities from childhood, believing that seeing what could not be seen with physical vision was commonplace and natural. His studies showed that he could solve problems instantly.^[→] In 1986, he graduated with a degree in mechanics at Tashkent State University.^[→] Thanks to his good academic results, he was employed as a first category engineer-mathematician at the Tashkent Machine Building Design Bureau (TashKBM), which was engaged in rocket and space research. In addition to his scientific research work, he also healed people. During his work, he completely restored the health of hundreds of people, including those whom medicine had already given up on - he cured people of terminal cancer and AIDS, remotely, without touching.^{[→][→][→][→][→]}

In 1991, his scientific work on the protection of spacecraft against laser beams was entered first in the annual scientific competition for young professionals in Tashkent and then in the competition of the Ministry of General Mechanical Engineering at the Space Instrument Mission Control Centre in Kaliningrad, winning first place in both competitions. After winning the Ministry's competition, he was offered to defend his unique scientific results in a doctoral thesis in physical and mathematical sciences, without having to defend his doctoral candidate thesis.^[→]

He has been contracted by the Uzbek aviation companies, for the clairvoyance detection of defects that endanger the technical condition and operational safety of aircraft. As a senior engineer, he was commissioned to develop heuristic methods to ensure the analysis, condition assessment and prediction of flight failures. In 1994, by the will of God, declared the creation of the State of Grigoria. The goal of the creation of the state of Grigoria is universal salvation and eternal creative harmonious development, according to G. P. Grabovoi’s Teaching.^[→]

He met holy people, prophets and healers who recognized his abilities, blessed his work, and with whom he talked about the danger of nuclear war threatening the planet, the possibility of man's eternal life in the physical body, the unification of religions, and the unification of the countries of the world.^[→]

Work in Moscow

In 1995, he moved to Moscow, where he continued his scientific and healing work and began to develop his Teaching. The commander of the Moscow District Air Force, gave Grabovoi the opportunity to use his clairvoyance to help assess the condition of their aircraft and thus prevent accidents, which resulted of eliminating crashes and thus saving lives in two years.^[→]

In 1996, he graduated from the Moscow Regional School of Advanced Studies, Ramenskoye Medical Faculty. He was certified as a paramedic in the field of medicine.^[→]

In 1997, prior to the docking of the space shuttle Atlantis with the Mir space station, he was asked to use his skills to help the operation succeed. He predicted that the docking would be successful, the computer, which had previously often shut down, would work throughout, but there would be a deviation from the axis just before the docking. He registered his research results in the form of numerous intellectual property certificates and licenses, and created a new science with his discoveries. This science is a fundamentally new area of knowledge that confirms the path of development in accordance with the laws of the creative development of the world. For the first time, he discovered and confirmed in practice the fundamental laws of the creative control of each object of information towards salvation and rescue from destruction. The essence of his thesis entitled „Research and Analysis of Fundamental Definitions of Optical Systems In Prevention of Catastrophes and Forecast Oriented Control of Microprocesses” was published in the „Microelectronics” edition of the scientific technical collection „Electronic Technology”.^[→] In the same year, he tested his invention called a crystal module for predicting and - if there are enough resources - extinguishing earthquakes in a scientific experiment. The seismologist participant of the experiment confirmed in an official letter that the prediction given by the device was confirmed in every case.^[→]

In 2000, he appeared in TV programmes, in which he taught, among other things, how to control events with consciousness,^[→] and he also published his own works of art highlighting the characteristics of eternity in a book, which help people to recognize the eternity that is present everywhere.^[→] The same year, at the Ministry of Emergency Situations, he held a course on „Irrational methods of prevention of global catastrophic processes posing a threat to the entire world”.^[→] At the request of the authorities in the Security Council, he was given control over all of Russia's stationary and mobile nuclear systems, thereby preventing serious catastrophes, such as self-launching missiles.

In 2000, he patented his crystal module invention under the name „Method for prevention of catastrophes and device for its realization”, in which it is stated that the device predicted in every case the emerging earthquakes 7 days before they started, and reduced their strength by a magnitude value in the range of 0.2 - 0.8. In 2001, he patented his thought-transmission, telepatophone invention under the name „Information-carrying system”.^[→]

Professor Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi, as a doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, registered the author's curriculum of the subject „The Technologies of Anticipatory Forecast and Safe Development” in the UNESCO International Center of Educational Systems, among others. In collaboration with famous scientists, he patented the invention of the MHD generator, which can be used to generate electricity.

He published one of the basic works of his Teaching, the book „The Resurrection of People and Eternal Life From Now On Is Our Reality!”.^[→] In 2002, he predicted the coronavirus pandemic and suggested that the world's leading countries conclude agreements on the possible prevention of further proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.^[→] In the same year, the Russian Central Documentary Film Studio produced a film about Grigori Grabovoi's mission.^[→]

On June 5, 2004, Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi publicly announced that he is the Second Advent of Jesus Christ, and that his Teachings have brought salvation, eternal life and resurrection to mankind.^[→]

In 2005, he registered the political party DRUGG,^[→] and on March 17, 2006, he officially ran in the Russian elections for the position of President of Russia. Among the basic provisions of the party was the confirmation of the eternity of life and the prohibition of death.^[→] On March 20, 2006, Grigori Grabovoi sent an open proposal to the leaders of the countries of the world to transfer the technologies developed by him for the defense against terrorism, including the invention of the crystal module that works with 100% reliability, to all countries of the world free of charge.^[→]

On that day, he was prosecuted for promises of resurrection. However, during the preliminary investigation and the court proceedings, it was proven that there were no promises on the basis of which the criminal proceedings were opened, and these are not even mentioned in the 2008 judgment. In 2016, the European Court of Human Rights ruled in a judgment that the criminal proceedings on the basis of which the 2008 judgment was delivered contained unlawful decisions. In 2018, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation accepted the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights without objection, annulled the unlawful decisions and reopened the case.

Thus, G. P. Grabovoi has no criminal record.^[→]

In 2007-2008, in the United States of America, with his helpers they registered the Church of Grigori Grabovoi The Second Advent of Jesus Christ in Illinois, New York and Massachusetts states. In 2010, he moved to Belgrade and retired from political and public life.

In 2015, he invented and created the PRK-1U device, based on his patents „Method for prevention of catastrophes and device for its realization” and „Information-carrying system”, to which a person can connect wirelessly with his consciousness and transfer information to it via biosignal and which reinforces this information. In this way, the invention strengthens, through a specific training, the effect of consciousness of man, which is thus able to reach a level where man is able to trigger, independently and without instruments, mental processes by which, for example, man can ensure the regeneration of his cells and the restoration of the whole body of man.^[→]

In 2016, he established his education center, and started his university training.^[→]

In 2017, he stated that the transformation of reality is underway. The world is on the verge of a quantum leap, which means the rise of the universal energy state of matter. A new manifestation of reality, a new level of perception appears, with new possibilities - even with an infinite amount of energy - but a person must be able to regulate and control this. Therefore, everyone must raise his own energy level in time, and for this, people need more knowledge, precisely the knowledge found in His Teaching, with which eternal life, eternal development, can be achieved. In January 2020, the coronavirus appeared in China. In June 2020, he offered as free aid the leaders of the countries of the world to protect against the coronavirus his PRK-1U invention, - which is based on his two patents and was developed for this purpose, among others -, his knowledge of the nature and operation of the virus, as well as his patent-pending, world's first developed vaccine called Antikoronavirus2019-nCoV_1. According to the announcement, the PRK-1U device is able to protect against virus mutations, even if the virus is rapidly changing, thereby protecting mankind's gene pool.^[→]

In 2021, a TikTok user uploaded a video in which she talks about how she tried Grigori Grabovoi's number sequence to attract unexpected money, after which she was given money twice on the street a few days later, so she thought that maybe these were caused by using the number sequence. Her video was shared by more than a million people, making Grabovoi number sequences very popular.^[→]

On February 24, 2022, two days after the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine erupted with heavy weapons, in order to prevent a possible nuclear strike, he published his statement that conscious control should be carried out so that the leaders of the countries of the world unite the countries of the world, thereby ending the armaments reason, as well as sign an agreement on the peaceful resolution of conflicts at all times to ensure the eternal creative and happy development of all people.^[→]

Youth and education

Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi was born on November 14, 1963 into a noble family in the settlement of Kirovsky (Bogara village) of Kirov district of Shymkent region of the Kazakh SSR. Since 1997 Kirovsky settlement was renamed to Asykat. His family's farmstead was previously in Kaplanbek, which is now a technical college. His grandmother, who was a very educated woman, helped him to grow up to be such a literate person.^[26][27][28]

He was aware of his special abilities from childhood,^{[29][30][31][32]} believing that seeing what could not be seen with physical vision was commonplace and natural, and uses this ability to save people and the world:^[33]

One day, as a child, clairvoyance helped him save his friend. He saw him, who otherwise could not be seen because he was behind the embankment, jump into the ditch and drown. He ran over and pulled him out of the water. His friend, who later became a big businessman, told him that he owed him his life.^[34]

He could hear the sound of waterfalls from dozens of kilometres away, he could understand foreign languages. They never hurt him, he was surrounded by good people.

His mates turned to him when they wanted to know who was where. He would tell them, but he thought anyone could. He once predicted a mate would fall off a beam if he climbed up it. He warned him, but he didn't listen, climbed up and did fall. His companions considered him someone who could always be counted on for advice. His studies showed that he could solve problems instantly, and as a child he was filmed for his special abilities.^[33][35][36]

According to his highschool class teacher, Lyudmila Saltaeva, who characterized her student only in superlatives, G. P. Grabovoi predicted the collapse of the Soviet Union:

His classmates, who gathered for the twentieth anniversary of graduation, recalled incidents from their school life and wondered how they did not guess then that Grigori was extraordinary. All his school predictions seemed small and unimportant then, were perceived as a chain of coincidences: a broken arm during gym class of a classmate, the collapse of the Soviet Union, and the victory of the school basketball team.

University education

Having successfully graduated from the secondary school in 1980 G. P. Grabovoi enrolled in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics at Tashkent State University named after V.I. Lenin, majoring in mechanics.

He had more than four point nine with one "B" in his certificate which allowed him to enter the higher educational institution by experiment, i.e. to pass only two entrance examinations.

At the entrance exam, the chairman of the examining board, after Grigori Grabovoi had answered all the questions of the exam correctly, asked him a question about the elliptic sine (this function is studied at the end of the first year of university) and warned him that he had to answer in two minutes. Grigori Grabovoi saw that it was basically just a regular series of an exponential function and wrote down the solution in one minute. The chairman was amazed at the speed and correctness of the solution. He was admitted to the university.^[37][38][33]

G. P. Grabovoi studied successfully at the university: he gave exact answers to the equations of higher mathematics at once; solutions to them if they were required carried out later.^{[31][32][39][40][33]}

In the spring of 1986 he had a frightening premonition. He could clearly see the smoke, the fire, the people running around in a frenzy, on the eve of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant explosion. Despite his clear prediction, as a university student hitherto unknown to Russia, he was unable to prevent that accident.^[1][44]

As a graduate student, he did his post-graduate training at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Computing Centre of the Uzbek SSR Academy of Sciences, a leader in the development of autonomous systems for optimal planning and control in the republic.

In 1986, he graduated from Tashkent State University, the department of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics with the specialty "Mechanics", and his thesis was published as a scientific paper in the collection of scientific publications of the Institute of Cybernetics. By decision of the State Examination Board on 30 June 1986 he was qualified as "Mechanic".★^[8]

The specialty "Mechanics" existed in the USSR in universities at the faculties of mathematics and mechanics and exists today.

Originally, mechanics is a branch of fundamental science, so mechanics specialists can conduct research activities and engage in practical applications.

Specialists in mechanics carry out their activity in the following fields: mathematical methods and computer technologies; creation of mathematical models of processes and objects; development of effective mathematical methods of solving the problems of mechanics; provision of program and management research, design and operational and managerial activity. A graduate of the University in the Soviet time could work as a lecturer at the Institute.^[33]

Space research and aircraft diagnostics in Uzbekistan

Thanks to his good academic results, he was employed as a first category engineer-mathematician at the Tashkent Machine Building Design Bureau (TashKBM) of the Ministry of General Mechanical Engineering of the Soviet Union, which was engaged in rocket and space research.

He worked on autonomous devices for planetary exploration, the creation of large-scale convertible antennas and devices for the protection of spacecraft. From the very beginning of his work Grabovoi surprised his colleagues with brilliantly accurate predictions of possible difficulties in technological processes, damages and defects of the constructions developed in the Design Bureau. Even the smallest details were matching. For his work, he conducted research and created physical models to describe the processes, which led to quantified results using Fortran, Algol, Assembly, PL/1 programming. He used his clairvoyance to complete such a task in a few days instead of three months.^[8][45]

He started to develop the device, which was later introduced as the crystal module, with which he was able to slow down the chain reactions of the atomic bomb explosion. The effect of the device was investigated together with a colleague of the Seismology Research Institute at an experimental site near the city of Semipalatinsk in Kazakhstan during underground atomic bomb explosions. The military clearly recorded that with the device turned on, the damage caused by the explosion was almost halved. By using several devices together, the amount of damage can be further reduced or even completely eliminated. According to the theory of consciousness technology described in later years, the reason for the device's effectiveness is that it works at the speed of thought, which is orders of magnitude ahead of the speed of nuclear fission, so it can change it in time.^[46]

In addition to his scientific research he also cured people, restored or significantly improved the health of hundreds of people.^{[47][48][49][50][51][52][14][15]} In 1987, he successfully stopped the worsening cataracts of a Class I flight instructor pilot.^[1]

In 1991, when taking part at the conference of young specialists of Tashkent State Design Bureau on the issue of protection of satellites from continuous or pulse-periodic laser radiation G. P. Grabovoi obtained the first place. Based on this fact he was sent from TashKBM to NPO "Energia" (since 1994 transformed into Rocket-Space Corporation "Energia") in Kaliningad city (renamed to Korolyov city) of Moscow region for a conference of specialists and scientific research institutes of the Ministry of General Machine Building. At this conference G. P. Grabovoi took the first place in the nomination of innovational works with technologies created for the first time. Based on the submitted report during summary of the results of the conference G. P. Grabovoi was suggested to defend immediately his doctoral thesis in Physics and Mathematics without defending his candidate's thesis due to the high significance of his scientific achievements.^[33] Over the years, he has published the discoveries that formed the basis of his doctoral dissertation through the registration of certificates-licenses and patents, as well as in books.^[53][54][55]

He was commissioned by the TashKBM management to develop physico-mathematical methods to find exact solutions to cases where finding a solution was previously thought impossible.^[8]

After a while the high executives of other state organizations paid attention to the activities of the young man and suggested carrying out an official experimental verification of his capabilities.^{[31][32][16][17][56][57]}

In 1991-1992 for the first time in the world G. P. Grabovoi, by the assignment of the leadership of the National Aviation Company of Uzbekistan carried out more than 360 contracted^[58] clairvoyant diagnoses and forecasts on the condition of aviation equipment, with 100% confirmation of the results of diagnoses and forecasts taking into account the facts of severe conditions of operation. He performed clairvoyant works for the aircraft parks of Tashkent OJSC, aircraft repair plant #243, and Flight Safety Inspectorate of the National Aviation Company of the Republic of Uzbekistan.^[18][16][17]

From 18th of December 1991 until 9th of May 1992 G. P. Grabovoi worked in the Joint Uzbek-American Enterprise "ASCON" as a chief engineer on diagnostics of aircraft malfunctions.

From May 9 1992 until December 30 1993 G. P. Grabovoi worked in the National Airlines of the Republic of Uzbekistan as an engineer – inspector on investigation of aviation accidents.

From December 30, 1993 until March 19, 1996 he worked in Foreign Economic Company "Rampa" as a general director.^[18][16][17]

As the result of all the work carried out by G. P. Grabovoi during that comparatively short period of time, a written testimony signed by the General Director of the National Airline of Uzbekistan, deputy director of the same airline, head of the engineering-information center and other experts, stated the following:

His contracts, the records of his work and the testimonies of his colleagues are published in the 1998 publication „The Practice of Control. The Way of Salvation”, the first volume of his book series.^{[11][59][8][2]}

An example from his work: On November 16, 1991, he gives a „landing gear failure (without emergency consequences)” warning for an IL-62, and then on November 21, 1991, the aircraft logbook says „MLP is not working. (Replaced by UP-2-2.) When the landing gear was released, the circuit did not complete. After retracting the landing gear and releasing it a second time, the cycle was completely over, i.e. the green light for landing gear extended position comes on, the yellow light goes out and the button pops up.”^[60]

The leading pilot, inspector on the safety of flights of the Uzbek Directorate of Civil Aviation, 1st class pilot, the liquidator of the consequences of the accident at Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in 1986, member of the commission on checking the extrasensory abilities of G. P. Grabovoi in diagnosing the aviation equipment officially conducted by the specialists, V. F. Balakirev^[18] testified that:

The RAMPA Foreign Trade Company signed contracts and performed works in the field of aeronautical diagnoses on behalf of CEO Grigori Grabovoi. The necessity of creation of the state of Grigoria lies in the fact that to prevent the possible global catastrophe the people of the entire world must be united as the citizens of the united state of Grigoria developing in accordance with Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi.

Any inhabitant of the world regardless of nationality and other individual data becomes a citizen of Grigoria State.

Meeting with saints, prophets and healers

In March 1994, G. P. Grabovoi visited India, the ancient cradle of human wisdom. At the temple of all religions Birla Mandir in New Delhi the representative of India Vanerji K., having pointed at G. P. Grabovoi, addressed the supreme priest H. Simha with the request to determine his extrasensory abilities. He answered:

And suggested visiting him in the sacred place of India, the Chhatarpur Temple near the Qutub Minar, where people of the higher castes and the government worship.

Baba Nagpal★ was in the temple, but the clergymen and security services did not allow an unknown visitor to see him (even at the request of Kamal Dua, the wife of India's biggest industrialist). It must be said that Baba Nagpal, who became a saint during his lifetime, personally honors his attention only to a select few; even Rajiv Gandhi himself was granted only a two-minute audience. "Tell Baba Nagpal that Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi is here", G. P. Grabovoi asked the guards. Despite the lunch hour, G. P. Grabovoi was immediately allowed into the holy of holies of the Indian temple. The conversation lasted for 23 minutes. Towards the end of the conversation Baba Nagpal blessed G. P. Grabovoi, saying that he would pray for him and predicted that his highest energy and psychic abilities would be used through managing the events not only for the good of his country but for the whole world. (Considering that Baba Nagpal was never wrong in his predictions, they are all interpreted in India as accurate prophecies.)^{[42][65][16][17]}

In India G. P. Grabovoi met an important religious figure of the Hindu religion, who had extrasensory abilities established by the organization CORPORATION OM PRAKASH: "I wish him every success in life, because the powers that have been given to him are such that they cannot be used for evil."^[42][66]

During the year, he cured a woman who came to him of breast cancer.^[67][13][68]

On December 10, 1994, the delegation headed by G. P. Grabovoi visited the Philippines. The famous healer, soothsayer and clairvoyant Yuko N. Labo immediately wished to meet him after hearing about Grabovoi and his visit to the Philippines. During their conversation that took place in her clinical center, Yuko N. Labo brought her palms ten centimeters close to Grigori Petrovich's palms. Immediately at the top of her voice she admired the most powerful energy of his hands and the power of his psychic abilities. Towards the end of her talk she expressed the conviction that with such abilities Grabovoi should give help not only to his country but also to the whole planet. And those present were very surprised when this well-known woman asked to diagnose her organism and to carry out a course of general recovery by correspondence. Yuko N. Labo, a clairvoyant who is a well-known Philippine healer having a gift of prophecy and also respected in Philippines as an assistant and wife of vice-mayor of Baguio City, told that the main task of G. P. Grabovoi in modern conditions is to protect the entire world and not a single country.^[42][69]

Diagnosing machines in Moscow, resurrecting people

In 1995 he moved to Moscow where he continued his scientific and healing work and began to develop his Teachings. In the capital of Russia, his clairvoyant ability was also assessed and he was asked to carry out protection tasks.

In the Security Council of Russia G. P. Grabovoi was proposed to make the preventive forecast of the nuclear energy generating plants, and he agreed to do it.^{[72][73][70][71]}

Colonel-General Nikolay Timofevich Antoshkin, commander of the Moscow District Air Force, gave Grabovoi the opportunity to use his clairvoyance to help assess the condition of their aircraft and thus prevent accidents, which resulted of eliminating crashes and thus saving lives in two years.^[1]

In July, from afar, in three weeks he cured a 10-year-old boy of stage 4 sarcoma of the jaw.^{[74][75][13][68]}

He cured a woman of stage 4 AIDS in two months.^{[76][77][75][13][68]}

In September 1995, according to the records in his later book, at the request of Emilia Androvna Rusanova, began the resurrection of her son, R. A., whose presence was first felt by his mother a month later, and then, nearly six months later, by Tatyana Ivanovna Kozlova, R. A.'s ex-wife. According to Kozlova's account, in February 1996, she was travelling in a train compartment with two men, one of whom had the same outward features, behaviour and gestures as R. A., but he seemed hesitant, and the other passenger, like a helper, explained to him the story of the newly introduced bank note, which was unknown to him, although it had been introduced some time ago and was known to everyone.^[78][68][79]

Meeting with prophetess Vanga

In October 1995, having heard about the miracles of the Russian healer, Bulgarian TV invited G. P. Grabovoi to Bulgaria and organized a meeting with the great Bulgarian seer Baba Vanga.^{[23][24][80][81]} Vanga, who practically refused to make audio and video recordings of the meetings with her, but for this meeting she allowed to make such recordings. This Vanga allowed only when meeting with the interlocutor to whom she had a good attitude, trusted him and was confident in his decency.

The arrival of G. P. Grabovoi in Bulgaria was greeted with great affection, he was called the „X-ray man” because of his exceptional abilities. The day before the meeting, he spent several hours treating those who needed to be cured.^[47][48]

The only witness who was present all the time at the meeting, the journalist Valentina Genkova, who created the documentary film^[1][82] and also acted as translator, wrote in the official statement on the meeting:

G. P. Grabovoi left good opinion of Vanga about himself already during his first meeting with Vanga in 1994, when he asked Vanga only one question "Do you need help?" and then they sat together for half an hour.^[45]

In 1996, he graduated from the Moscow Regional School of Advanced Studies,^[84] Ramenskoye Medical Faculty. He was certified as a paramedic in the field of medicine.★^[8][45]

He cured a man from pancreatic cancer in a single treatment session.^[85][13][68]

In the same year, he published his book „Unified System of Knowledge”.

Diagnosing spacecrafts orbiting the Earth

In 1997, prior to the docking of the space shuttle Atlantis with the Mir space station, he was asked to use his skills to help the operation succeed. He predicted that the docking would be successful, the computer, which had previously often shut down, would work throughout, but there would be a deviation from the axis just before the docking. His prediction was 100% correct.^[86][87][1]

A few days later, he was contacted again and asked to find out the reason for the deviation in the behaviour of the Atlantis shuttle's engines from the original design. Walking down the street, he told them via cell phone within seconds that the cause of the failure was that they had changed the lower engine settings, which was also fully confirmed.^[88]

He predicted deterioration of well-being of the Russian-American crew during a flight over a geopathogenic zone of Brazil, warned of adverse changes in the atmosphere of the station, where new strains of bacteria were formed under the influence of heat and moisture. Timely intervention and assistance rendered by G. P. Grabovoi helped to cope with the difficulties and eliminate the health hazard to the crew of the spacecraft.^[18]

Creating a new science

At the end of 1997, the International Registration Chamber of Informational-Intellectual Novelty issued Certificates-Licences to Grigori Grabovoi:

• For the method “Computer technology of distant control”.★^{[63][64][89][2]}
• For the model “The archiving of information in any point of space and time”.★^[89][2]
• For the discovery “The reproducing self-developing systems that reflect external and internal areas of a variety of creating spheres”.★★^[89][2]

With these discoveries, Grigori Grabovoi created a new science. This science is a fundamentally new area of knowledge that confirms the path of development in accordance with the laws of the creative development of the world. For the first time, he discovered and confirmed in practice the fundamental laws of the creative control of each object of information towards salvation and rescue from destruction. For the first time, the dependencies were mathematically formulated which proved in practice that the change of perception can be transformed into information in all the systems of reality.^[8][2]

According to the minutes of his later book, on January 7, 1998, he remotely resurrected Bogomolov Lev Davidovich's^[90] acquaintance O., who had been in a state of biological death for 17 hours. O.'s death on 7 January was confirmed by doctors, and the proof of O.'s resurrection is that Bogomolov spoke to O. personally on 8 January.^[78][68][91]

At the end of January 1998, it was published in the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper that Grigori Grabovoi had discovered a fault in Bulgaria's nuclear power plant in Kozloduy, which could have led to a disaster significantly exceeding the scale of the Chernobyl accident.

The essence of his thesis entitled „Research and analysis of fundamental definitions of optical systems in prevention of catastrophes and forecast oriented control of microprocesses” was published in the 1st (153) issue of the 3rd series of the scientific technical collection „Electronic Technology”, series 3, „Microelectronics”.^{[95][53][54][55]}

On June 4, 1999, by the decision of the Higher Interacademic Attestation Commission (HIAC) (Высшая Межакадемическая Аттестационная Комиссия) (ВМАК), Grigori Grabovoi was awarded the title of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences,★ and later the academic title of professor★ in the field of „Analytical and Structural Analysis Tools and Systems”.^{[8][2][note 8]}

In 1999, he was awarded additional scientific titles and received the following prizes.^{[7][92][8][2]}

In June, Grigori Grabovoi's crystal module invention,^[98][99] which was built to predict and reduce the impact of natural and man-made disasters such as earthquakes and terrorist acts, was examined in a scientific experiment. The head of the All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Protection and Emergency Situations (VNII GOChS) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Mikhail Andranikovich Shahramanyan, doctor of technical sciences, expert scientist in seismology, tested the invention in experiments on past and future earthquakes, and issued an official letter that the prediction given by the device was confirmed in every case.^{[100][101][102][103][104]}

He also presented the invention of the telepatophone, a computer that can be remotely controlled by thought, during which Grigori Grabovoi displayed a text on the screen with the power of his thought, while the text was invented by a journalist. He said that he explained the methodology of the operation in his doctoral dissertation.^[105]

In that year, he appeared in the TV programmes „Health Formula” and „Harmony of Life” on TV-6, in which he taught, among other things, how to control events with consciousness, cure diseases, methods of concentration, and gave lectures on several scientific fields (social science, education, politics, economics) and religion.^[108]

In September, at the Ministry of Emergency Situations, he held a course on „Irrational methods of prevention of global catastrophic processes posing a threat to the entire world”, where, among other things, he taught the theory of the operation of his crystal module device that implements the prevention of catastrophic processes, the operation of consciousness of man, the prevention of catastrophes with consciousness of man, and how to structure the consciousness for such work.^[109][110] Furthermore, he spoke about how, during the presidency of Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, he managed to develop a mathematical model and a method of consciousness with which he was able to neutralize the dismantled nuclear bomb by placing the bomb in a space-time where the natural evolution of the object and the accumulation of radiation as iron took place sooner. He did this work in Novosibirsk.^{[111][96][97]}

In the same year, he published the mystically written „Hayrukulus”, in which he predicts the possibility of an asteroid impact in 2030, threatening planetary destruction, which mankind can avert by raising its level of consciousness. It also gives an insight into life in the 23rd and 25th centuries, when man is already consciously able to materialise and dematerialise his personal transport objects as needed.

This year, he has added 1 author seminar to his Teaching, which is:^[112]

• Irrational methods of prevention of global catastrophic processes posing a threat to the entire world.

Publication of his artistic works

In 2000, he published his book entitled "The Manifestations of Eternity", belonging to the art section of his Teaching, in which he published his drawings and paintings made with pen and ink, linoleum engraving, pastel, aquarelle and gouache methods. The images help man to find the places where eternity has been realized to the greatest extent, thus man can train himself for the state of eternal life.^[113] "The perception of pen and ink pictures where the lines and hatching serve as the main elements of the image, allows the perception of the overlap of static and dynamic waves of reality, produced by eternity. When looking at such images the underlying structure of eternity, which is behind the outline method of performance and the ornately shaped nature of lines comes out. As the edge of the pen is always hard, the transition from the eternity, visualized in lines, to the eternity in space without any lines, takes place at the level of mind, thus, allowing the extrapolation of the eternity to life by means of picture perception, effectively bringing the events into existence, providing the eternal life."^[113]

"The key elements of the image in linoleum engraving technique are expressiveness and sharp contrasts of black and white, thus, allowing the highlight of information shades, matching eternity. At the same time, rich and picturesque lines, achieved with the help of material softness, illustrate that contrast, merging with the roughness and gray tones, produces soft forms of life. Contrast is like imprinted eternity, which makes it possible to experience the mechanism of capturing the entire world with the eternity."^[113]

"The key element of the image in pastel painting technique is a combination of the potential of graphic arts and painting. ... Pastel colors, with their soft silky lines and blurred edges, give us the knowledge on the organization of the life processes from the life itself, thus, making the self-contained eternity. ... Having used the clairvoyance, Grigori Grabovoi applied only those colors of physical space, shown in the pictures, which, in combination with pastel technique and manifested areas of eternity in the space, could produce the events, securing the eternity for the physical body. The peculiarity of pastel, consisting in special shimmer effect gives an insight into the fact that the development of human mind to the level of eternal life is mainly the act of nothing more than thoughtful, capable of perceiving light thinking."^[113]

"The essence of the image in aquarelle technique is in the light, reflected by paper, and passing through the transparent layers of colors. The paintings were created by Grigori Grabovoi in such a manner, that he used his clairvoyance in the sphere of simultaneous perception of the reflected light and the light of eternal reality. Therefore, he has chosen the plots with the images, containing dynamic eternity, which turns into the substance which becomes one with the person perceiving it by looking at the image. ... The aquarelle technique is easy as no efforts are seen in this art. The eternal life may be easily reached, it is necessary to start treating it like a process, which is similar with arts in some cases."^[113]

"The gouache technique makes it possible to create a painting with the use of dense saturated colors, showing the equality of the eternity, manifested in the geographic position and eternity, created with the help of thinking, thus, revealing the existence of eternity by means of consciousness. The main properties of gouache are good coating ability and non-transparency, so that it is possible to paint dark tones over with the light ones and build a bright present and future of eternal life for all. ... The possibility of figurative perception of the action, expressed in the images, showing the eternity, develops the ability of control clairvoyance."^[113]

Patenting his inventions

In 2000, he registered a patent for his crystal module invention under the name „Method for prevention of catastrophes and device for its realization”. The invention can be used to prevent various natural catastrophes, such as earthquakes, as well as man-made catastrophes, especially at production sites.★^{[114][115][116][6][2]}

The analysis of the data obtained during the experiment to predict earthquakes carried out by the Ministry of Emergency Situations showed that the prediction step was fully confirmed in all cases, 7 days before the start of the earthquake, with the precise indication of the start time of the earthquake. The magnitude reduction of the earthquakes by means of the device was in the range of 0.2 - 0.8.★^[114][116]

An educational film was later made on the invention's operation.^[117]

In 2001, he patented his thought-transmission, telepatophone invention under the name „Information-carrying system”. The patent relates to the field of telecommunications and can be used for the wireless transmission of information between a transmitter and a receiver. Its primary uses are for the transmission of information over long distances and to assist in the transmission of information in systems for the prevention of catastrophes of various origins.★^[114][118]

This way, data transmission through thought to any system is patented. This makes it possible to direct the radiation of the thought, generated by the works of G. P. Grabovoi, in the field of the organism and the environment, thus creating eternal life.^[119]

Since a person generates biosignals based on the content read while reading and thinking, and the Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi is about the realization of eternal life, therefore, reading and studying his Teaching brings about the protection of the reader and his environment from catastrophes, the restoration of health, and the realization of eternal life.^[45]

Application of the patents can be carried out for normalization of the state of health, for revitalization of each destroyed cell of man and accordingly of the whole person with normal health. On the one hand, the location of the damage can be precisely determined:

On the other hand, the damage can be repaired by placing the destroyed or damaged cell near the picture of a healthy cell of man by a specialist applying the technology of the patent, and reducing the characteristics of the radiation indicating that the cell is not functional, coming from the destroyed or damaged cell of man, by 20-28%.

According to the description of the patent, the device must activate "a signal registration system and a transmitter generating signals that promote normalization in that area." "The signal-generating transmitter", as stated in the patent, generates wave nano systems assembled from light radiation, nanosecond laser radiation, which collect atoms and molecules in the state in which they are in the cell of a living person. At small volume of crystals of the device designed according to the patent, single action of nanosecond pulses of laser radiation and short time of work of human operator, generating biosignals, restoration of vitality of one cell is made.

Increase of device's crystal volume or application of microprocessor systems, multiplicity of action of nanosecond pulses of laser radiation and increase of duration or power of work of human operator generating biosignals, produces restoration of continuous area of multiple cells. When the power of the patent-operated revitalization system is increased, restoration of all cells of man is performed, i.e. life returns to the person.^[45]

Registration of a subject teaching forecasting, publication of a foundational work of his Teaching

In 2001, he registered the non-profit organization "Grigori Grabovoi Foundation, Implementation and Dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi "About Salvation and Harmonious Development""^[120] and, as its sole founder and president, made a decision according to which seminars and lectures held by Grigori Grabovoi for the general public, and individual author seminars are recognized and approved as religious preaching.^[121]

Rossiyskaya Gazeta published a newspaper article about the development of the crystal module device carried out in Semipalatinsk between 1986-1991. The article detailed that he used his own formulas of general reality and the theory of wave synthesis to create the invention to predict and prevent any kind of catastrophe, including nuclear catastrophes. With these discoveries, he created a new science called consciousness technology, which can bring innovation in many branches of life on Earth. The article said that the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia (EMERCOM) also looked into the telepatophone invention, which allows the transmission of thoughts from a distance and the display of texts on a computer screen.^[46]

This year, Professor Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, registered the author's curriculum of „The Technologies of Anticipatory Forecast and Safe Development”, a subject with a total of 1186 hours, with the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, Department of Additional Professional Education of the Ministry of Education of Russia, and in the International Center of Educational Systems (ICES) of UNESCO.★^[122][123] The backbone of the subject is the book „Applied Structures of The Creating Field of Information”.^[93][94]

In collaboration with Vladimir Alexandrovich Dzhanibekov, a pilot-spaceflight cosmonaut, and other famous scientists, he patented the invention of the MHD generator (magnetohydrodynamic generator), which can be used to produce electricity. Compared to known systems, the invention allows an increase in power conversion efficiency of more than 10%, increased operational reliability and can be used in mobile units (vehicles).^[124][125]

The Council of Entrepreneurs at the Mayor's Office and the Government of Moscow decided to create under the Council of Entrepreneurs at the Mayor's Office and the Government of Moscow a Commission for Systemic Controlling Forecasting. G. P. Grabovoi was appointed the chairman of the Commission.★^[2]

In October, he founded the newspaper of the Grigori Grabovoi Foundation called "Option of Control – FORECAST" (Вариант Yправления — ПРОГНОЗ). The newspaper is registered by the Ministry of Press, TV and Radio Broadcasting and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.^[126]

In the same year, he published his book „Methods of Concentration”,^[127] which contains concentration exercises for each day of the month, making it infinitely useful for the continuous raising of the level of consciousness.

He also published „The Resurrection of People and Eternal Life From Now On Is Our Reality!”,^[128] one of the foundational works of his Teaching for its detail, clarity, diversity and verifiability.

He also published his book „Normalization of Chemical Elements by Concentration On Number Sequences”.

This year he added 21 author seminars to his Teachings, including:^[112]

• Preventing a potential global catastrophe with visual signal conversion technology. Controlled access to any point in space-time.
• Macro-level management technology and systems of direct access to event control information through vision, hearing, senses.
• Control technology based on the principle of combining adjacent information fragments.

On April 4, 2002, the Grigori Grabovoi Foundation published a forecast entitled „Eurasia and Viruses” in its journal Option of Control – FORECAST, which stated that the continent was at risk of bacteriological and chemical weapons. He highlighted China as a weaponising country and the fact that viruses under development could pose a threat not only to health of man but also to the gene pool of mankind. He recommended, among other things, that both the countries of the continent and the world's leading countries should conclude agreements to prevent, as far as possible, the proliferation of further weapons of mass destruction.^{[129][130][131][132]}

Documentary, first citizens of State of Grigoria, new awards

In 2002, with the support of the Film Fund of the Russian Ministry of Culture, the Russian Central Documentary Film Studio produced a film about Grigori Grabovoi's mission, in which he explains that people must understand that universal destruction is a real threat, for example because of the accumulation of nuclear weapons, and proposes that all research should be directed towards the goal of not destroying mankind, and research should serve the real interests of man as much as possible, as harmoniously as possible. He confesses his worldview that „the eternal Creator created man eternal” and his prediction that if many people confess the same, „we will have a reality in which annihilation, including the annihilation of man, will be impossible.”^[1]

On December 19, 2002, at the meeting on delivery of the certificates of volunteers on spreading the Teachings of G. P. Grabovoi "On Salvation and Harmonious Development" G. P. Grabovoi told about the state of Grigoria, founded on January 8, 1994 by the will of God,^[→] and received 165 signed applications for the citizenship of the state of Grigoria on this day. G. P. Grabovoi signed all the applications with the instruction "Give out" at once, because all inhabitants of the world should be citizens of Grigoria State.

Any inhabitant of the world regardless of nationality and other individual data becomes a citizen of Grigoria State.

Announcement of the Second Advent of Jesus Christ

On June 5, 2004, Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi publicly announced that he is the Second Advent of Jesus Christ, and that his Teachings have brought salvation, eternal life and resurrection to mankind.^{[133][25][134][135]}

On January 29, 2005, the International Professional Medical Association of Specialists of Traditional Popular Medicine and Healers “EONIM” awarded Grigori Grabovoi the Golden Badge “ELITE” for special merits in the field of creation, application and introduction of new technologies and devices in traditional medicine.★

9. Security of the whole world. Withdrawal of nuclear, chemical, bacteriological and any other weapons of mass destruction on the orbit of the planet with the condition of weapon restructuring in case of signs of orientation to the Earth.

With this, the DRUGG party has officially run for the 2008 Russian elections, its candidate for President of Russia being Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi.

On March 20, 2006, Grigori Grabovoi sent an open proposal to the leaders of the countries of the world to transfer the technologies developed by him for the defense against terrorism, including the invention of the crystal module that works with 100%^[1] reliability, to all countries of the world free of charge.^[142][143]

Criminal case

On March 20, 2006 a criminal case was filed on the events of the promise to resurrection, however as a result of the preliminary investigation and the court investigation the information was not confirmed. In the sentence of July 7, 2008 there were no victims from Beslan, that is the acquittal part of the mentioned sentence proved that there were no resurrection promises of the victims of the terror act in Beslan, on which the criminal case was filed on March 20, 2006 against G. P. Grabovoi.^{[147][148][75][149]}

The court established that Grigori Grabovoi has a higher education, academic titles and diplomas, as well as patented inventions, the legality of which was confirmed by a patent expert.^[150] Furthermore, the court established that Grigori Grabovoi is able to diagnose aviation equipment and is able to make accurate predictions about the future, which have been confirmed in all cases, especially in the case of malfunctions and emergencies at the Balakovskaya nuclear power plant and the Nalchik terrorist act.^[151]

On September 22, 2016 the Resolution of the European Court of Human Rights established the violation of the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights on protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms with respect to G. P. Grabovoi in the course of the criminal case by the sentence of July 7, 2008. This court established the unlawful character of the detention of G. P. Grabovoi and ordered the Russian state to pay him a monetary compensation.^{[152][153][154]}

On 11 April 2018, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation accepted without objection the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights, canceled the decisions of illegal, unjustified and unfair detention and reopened the case. This has also created new circumstances in the sense that his rights of defence have been violated as a result of his unlawful detention, meaning that the evidence of the prosecution is inadmissible and therefore the conviction is unlawful.

Thus, G. P. Grabovoi has no criminal record and has the right to rehabilitation.^{[155][156][157][147]}

Grigori Grabovoi, based on his patents „Method for prevention of catastrophes and device for its realization” and „Information-carrying system”, invented and built the PRK-1U (Прибора Развития Концентраций - 1 Универсальный) (Concentration Development Tool - 1 Universal) device, which a person can connect to wirelessly with his consciousness, can transfer information and thought to it via biosignal, and which amplifies this information and thought. In this way, the invention strengthens, through a specific training, the effect of consciousness of man, which is thus able to reach a level where man is able to trigger, independently and without instruments, mental processes by which, for example, man can ensure the regeneration of his cells and the restoration of the whole body of man.

Theories that the coronavirus was released from a bio-weapons laboratory emerged in the spring.

In the spring of this year, a TikTok user uploaded a video^[179] in which she talks about being given money twice on the street just like that, without being asked. Third time: In 2002, in the printed edition "Option of Control – FORECAST" (Вариант Yправления — ПРОГНОЗ) in the article "Eurasia and viruses" a protective controlling forecast on coronavirus was published by G. P. Grabovoi with the information about what measures should be taken to protect from virus mutations and save people.^{[129][130][131]} The newspaper "Option of Control – FORECAST" was founded by G. P. Grabovoi through his personal foundation and is registered by the Ministry of Press, TV and Radio Broadcasting and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.^[126]

G. P. Grabovoi with the preparation of the device PRK-1U also served to counteract the spread of the virus,^[178] so the forecast and the development of the device proves the possibility of preparation for protection against virological and, in general, problems of any deleterious character for mankind. The prediction was fully confirmed. This equates to the salvation of mankind.^[45]

The fourth time: the activity on registration of the Organizing Committee of the political party DRUGG. G. P. Grabovoi is the author of the Program of political party DRUGG. All participants of the founding congress of political party DRUGG voted for its adoption on March 17, 2006. The Program of political party DRUGG blocks the lowering of the level of criteria on the usage of nuclear means against Russia and, as a consequence, the absence of a backlash. Thus, global nuclear war is blocked. It establishes that G. P. Grabovoi saved the world from the destruction for the fourth time.^[141][181]

According to an official statement of G. P. Grabovoi he is not engaged in any political activity since the termination of the activity of the political party DRUGG, but the Charter of the Party DRUGG provides for the possibility of registration of peaceful directions of development.^[149]

According to Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi "On Salvation and Harmonious Development", G. P. Grabovoi teaches, by the light of his consciousness to realize macrosalvation and prevention of the possible global catastrophe and to control events through this action.

Man is eternal and creator

According to his Teachings, the Creator created the world. The Creator found a way to create out of seemingly nothing - out of love energy - a living light that is eternally renewed, eternally alive, eternally existing. The Creator has made everything eternal and is continually creating. He has found a way to create atoms from light, and from atoms, molecules, proteins, cells, tissues, organs and bodies. He created everything unique, with a separate personality, so that not only a blade of grass or a human being, but every light and every atom has its own personality, so that like every human being, every atom, though there are similarities between them, is different.^{[215][216][127]}

The Creator has given free will to all that He has created. Free will means free movement and free development, and this ensures that the World is diverse, varied and joyful. The Creator created the World to be eternal and infinite, so that there would always be the possibility of discovering, learning and experiencing joy.^[127]

God is the foundation of all creation in the world, from Him all things are created. He has shown us the process of His creation of everything. He builds everything out of joy, light and love.^[127][217]

The Creator created Man in His image and likeness. He has given to each man his own personality, free will, and free development. Man is thus eternal, free, creator, and alive, just as the Creator is. Man is capable of living forever and creating eternally existent anything from his own joy, light, and love.^[127]

Man is composed of several structures. These are the soul, spirit, consciousness, and physical body. Each structure exists and moves in its own space. The soul is always in the space of God, the spirit works in the space of the spirit, the consciousness develops in the space of the consciousness, and the body moves in the visible world. The soul of man is perfect, unshakable and possesses all knowledge. Man is able to do work, mental work, with his spirit, such as forming a thought-image or moving his body. The consciousness perceives the World and accumulates knowledge. Consciousness asks for and receives knowledge from its own all-knowing soul at God, as much knowledge-light as it can receive, and this is carried from soul to consciousness by his spirit. Man builds his physical body on the basis of his consciousness, his consciousness determines the appearance and possibilities of his physical body.^[218]

A person can also experience, at will, a state other than that of an inherently young body, health and eternal life, such as illness, old age or when one can no longer move one's body. Since man is designed to have an inherently young body, in order to grow old, he must prepare for old age for a long time, aware that he will grow old. Maintaining a young body also involves work, but considerably less work than making the body old. When a person passes away, his soul, spirit, consciousness perceives the condition, he lives on, but without a physical body. From this state, he can easily return to material existence by agreeing with the future parents on soul level, and then, after conception, he begins to rebuild his physical body with the help of the knowledge inherited from the parents, the love received from the parents, and the material nourishment received from the mother. However, with the knowledge of resurrection, man can also recreate his own physical body on his own. To do this, he must bring to his consciousness this knowledge inherent in his soul or learn it from living people, he must wake up to his own eternal and creator nature, and build his physical body from the light of love. Living people can greatly help in this work with their love and creative consciousness.^[217][219]

The individual consciousness-light-vibration of man creates the events he wishes to experience, and the collective (average) consciousness-light-vibration of mankind creates the reality that is visible to all. Similar to an orchestra, where everyone plays something, but mostly everyone hears the average sound. But if someone is able to play much louder than the others, then the others will hear his music more, and if they like it, they can adapt to it.^[220]

Man creates with his thoughts and feelings - being a creator - even if he is not aware of it, if he only uses his consciousness for perception. In this way, he can also create events that he does not consciously want, such as war. As soon as a person raises his level of consciousness from the level of perception to the level of creator, and consciously begins to use his abilities, concentrating the light of his consciousness and feelings, he can create any event for himself, for example, material abundance or love. As soon as many people begin to set the goal of joyful eternal life for everything and everyone, and begin to consciously use their creative power - for example, simply concentrating their light of love on the number sequence that embodies the vibration of salvation and eternal life -^[173] then that reality will manifest itself.^[220]

According to his Teachings, man's task is to create harmony in the world.^[172][127]

Control

Grabovoi number sequences

According to his Teachings, the controlling number sequences determined by his clairvoyance are used to retune the target area of the number sequence - for example, an organ of man, mental state, or event - to a healthy state. The basis of their operation is that all elements of reality - events, matter, atoms - are made of light, according to the wavelength of light, light has a vibration, and the given element of reality has a resulting vibration. Just like the playing of musicians in an orchestra has a resulting sounding. According to his Teaching, the thought, and therefore the number thought, has a vibration, and the number sequence has a resulting vibration. Furthermore, a person can control with his consciousness and thought where the vibration created by his thought will work, by overlaying the created vibration with the element of reality in his consciousness.

For example, a number sequence can be applied by placing it in a silver-white, bright sphere in the imagination, either digit by digit or simultaneously, and moving the sphere to the element of reality, such as the organ to be healed or the planet Earth.^[173] The number sequence can also be placed in external reality, for example written on a piece of paper. By glancing at it from time to time, or carrying it in your pocket and touching it, the presence of the number sequence can be brought to the center of consciousness, thus its effect can be induced. This is a work of the consciousness and spirit, and therefore the effectiveness of the use of the number sequence depends on the development of the consciousness and spirit, as well as the length of the work done and the number of times the work is repeated. Furthermore, to change a substance that has already manifested itself in reality requires more work than to change an event that exists only in the future. According to his Teachings, both consciousness and spirit can be developed through the methods of concentration and control he gives.^{[127][128][222]}

Grigori Grabovoi's science

Description of his science

The science he proposes has a very different purpose and nature from current science. According to him, in order to avoid the real danger of the total annihilation of mankind and the whole world, science must determine the means of saving the world from global catastrophe.

He bases his science on the principle that a definite result can be achieved through successive acts of creation, with complete control over each step. His science, which is also a science of salvation, aims to ultimately achieve salvation while at the same time changing the existing reality accordingly.

His science, which he calls a true science, in the knowledge of the situation, first changes the reality so as to achieve the result of salvation, then builds safety, and finally the further development of all events in the right direction for the individual is determined. The same pattern is followed for all other useful results.

In true science, it is not a question of simply stating some facts. If some existing system or provision does not contribute to the desired result, it means that these systems must be changed, including the system of laws.^{[224][225][44]}
